Eleanor Grace Photography - Terms & Conditions
BOOKING
A Non-Re-Fundable Deposit is payable on booking to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the remainder of the fee payable on the day of the session. Deposits taken for sessions are non-refundable except in the event of Eleanor Grace Photography cancelling the booking.
RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY
I understand that plans change and emergencies happen, so if you need to reschedule or cancel your shoot, please give me as much notice as possible and I will always try my hardest to work with you. My policy allows for one rescheduling to occur before a new retainer fee is required. If no reasonable notice is given or you do not show up for your session, the session will be cancelled, you forfeit your deposit and another will be required to reschedule. For re-shoots required due to a cancellation by Eleanor Grace Photography you will be contacted to arrange an alternative date, where not possible, the Photographer’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of the deposit.
At least 24 hours notice is required for Client cancellations. An alternative date will be offered where possible, but cannot be guaranteed.Only one cancellation with less than 5 days notice are allowed before the session fee is retained.
PROOFS, ONLINE GALLERY
All images from the session will be made available to the Client to view in our Client Gallery Area, within 1-2 weeks of the session date. All details shall be sent via email.
The gallery will contain your watermarked proof images from which you are able to select the images you wish to purchase.
The images must not be copied, screen shot, downloaded, printed, edited or altered in any way. Doing so is a violation of copyright law.
Your chosen images will then be retouched within 2 weeks of the date your selection is sent back to Eleanor Grace Photography. They will be re-uploaded to your gallery for you do download, or posted to you on a USB. You will be informed via email when your retouched images are ready for you to download.
All watermarks will be removed from the Clients’ chosen purchased images.
You may share your proof gallery link and password with friends and family at your own discretion.
Eleanor Grace Photography is unable to store unwanted images indefinitely, images not purchased within a period of 2 months following a photo shoot will be considered unwanted, and will be deleted from my systems.
Once the images have been purchased they should be backed up by the client and Eleanor Grace Photography is no longer responsible for any digital files once they are taken by the client.
COPYRIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP
Eleanor Grace Photography retains copyright and ownership of all images taken during the photo-shoot. Editing or altering of the images in terms of style, colour, additions, subtractions, cropping or any other form of post-production or enhancement is not permitted. Eleanor Grace Photography reserve the right to use and exhibit the images wholly or in part for any purpose required, including, but not limited to; portfolio, display, advertising, marketing and editorial in a variety of print and digital formats.
